All orders are free delivery in the UK 

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 14:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day.  We usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.

We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less an amount to cover our postal and administrative costs.

Dont like it? Send it back for a full refund within 10 days.  We paid postage to get it to you we hope you agree it is fair that you pay postage to get it back.

All our products are individually quality checked.  However, in the unlikely event that we’ve overlooked something please contact us to arrange a full refund.  Please note at time of writing (November 2011) we have never had a return.
