We aim to send out your order within 3 working days if items are in stock. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and if an alternative cannot be arranged a full refund of your payment will be made straight away.
If garments are made to order, i.e the Suze Crochet Dress, we will do our best to get your purchase to you within 14 days. All items in the UK are sent First Class Royal Mail. There is a standard charge of £3.00 for goods up to £45.

Returns and Refunds

Items must be returned to us unworn and unmarked. Please also enclose your name, address and reason for return to help us in giving you a prompt refund. We also recommend that you retain "proof of postage" receipt when posting items back to us. You have a responsibility over the goods until they are returned and received by ourselves.
We do not take responsibility for the cost of returns postage and packaging, unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
